Web Design in Magnolia, TX
I'm Josh, and I build websites for small businesses here in Montgomery County. I'm based in the Conroe and The Woodlands area, just up the road from Magnolia, so I know the towns, the traffic, and the kind of customers you're trying to reach. If you run a shop, a service business, or a trade in Magnolia and you need a website that actually works, this page should answer most of what you're wondering before you call.
What working with a local web designer in Magnolia, TX actually looks like
It's one person start to finish. That's me. When you email or call, you talk to the guy building your site, not a sales team handing you off to someone overseas. I'll ask what your business does, who you're trying to reach, and what you want people to do when they land on your page. Then I put together a plan and a price before you commit to anything.
Most projects follow the same path: we talk, I gather your photos and info, I build a first version, you look it over, we fix what needs fixing, and it goes live. If you want the honest timeline for all that, I wrote up how long it really takes to design a website so you know what to expect.
What it costs
I keep pricing simple because small business owners don't have time to decode a quote sheet.
- $100 one-time build. You own the site, you handle hosting, and you're done. Good if you're comfortable managing things yourself.
- $20/month managed plan. Hosting, edits, and ongoing care all included. Add $5/month if you'd like me to manage your domain too. This is what most folks pick. Here's the full $20/month managed website plan.
- $50/month advanced business plan. For bigger builds with more pages and features. Details on the advanced business plan.
- $20/month SEO plan. Monthly scans and fixes, new SEO pages, Google rank tracking, and a plain-English report you'll actually understand. Works with any website, and it starts with a free audit at /seo-plan.
Every monthly plan has a simple 2-month minimum. No long contracts. Estimates and consultations are free, so a conversation costs you nothing.
If budget is your main worry, that's fine. I put real effort into keeping quality sites affordable so a tight budget doesn't mean a bad website.
Already have a site that's not doing much?
Plenty of Magnolia businesses come to me with an old site that's slow, hard to read on a phone, or just embarrassing to send people to. I do website redesigns too. Sometimes we keep what's working and clean up the rest. Sometimes it's easier to start fresh. I'll tell you straight which one makes sense.
If you want a fully custom website design built around your business instead of a template, I do that as well.
Why the managed plan matters
A website isn't a set-it-and-forget-it thing. Hours change, prices change, and things break quietly if nobody's watching. That's the whole reason I offer edits and care on the monthly plan. I explain more about why maintenance matters for small businesses if you're on the fence.
